Wine Castillo Perelada Cava Stars Brut & Brut

The Castillo Perelada company was founded by Don Miguel Matue and is now managed by his grandson Javier Suqué. Cava Stars Brut & Brut is a sparkling wine made according to the classic method. Thanks to aging in the bottle, it acquires a pleasant aroma of fruit and a light yellow color with rich foam. In the taste one finds balanced acidity and elegance, where the aroma of citrus and apple shines through. It is perfect as an Aperitif and as an accompaniment to appetizers, seafood, fish dishes and Spanish tapas. It is worth mentioning that the wine was rated 86 points by Robert Parker, recognized for best quality (Cava New Wave Spanish Wine Awards 2010) and received a silver medal (The International Wine and Spirit Competition 2010). Since 1987, it has been dedicated to the stars performing each summer at the Castillo Perelada music festival.
