An Italian sparkling wine from the Trento DOC denomination in the Trentino region. Produced from 100% Chardonnay varietal, whose grapes are harvested and selected by hand. The wine is aged for 50 months on yeast, thanks to which it achieves incredible structure and complexity, making it complex, exquisite and captivating. The bouquet of aromas captivates with notes of apple and almond blossoms with a delicate nuance of bread crust. On the palate, a creamy texture with balanced acidity and an elegant finish full of almond and yeasty notes instills considerable delight in connoisseurs of exceptional sparkling wines. It's also the winner of many awards and honors, including 90 points in James Suckling's compilation.
