Wine Cantine Ferrari Demi-Sec Gift Box Trento DOC White

Sparkling wine from the Chardonnay grape variety, from the Trentino region of Italy, from the Trento DOC appellation. The grapes are harvested and selected entirely by hand, between late August and early September. Ferrari Demi-Sec captivates with delicate aromas of wild flowers, apples and yeasty notes, which are due to a twenty-month maturation period on the lees with local yeast. In the mouth, the complex and creamy texture combines wonderfully with a long, slightly sweet finish resulting from the higher presence of residual sugar in the wine. It will be perfect as an after-dinner sweetener or with light desserts.
