Wine Borgo Savaian Aransat Vino Bianco D'Italia

Aransat is an orange wine from Italy's Friuli region. It is made from traditional varieties grown in the region, from a blend of Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc varietals. It owes its color and incredible character to a special production process, during which the juice is in contact with the skins for as long as 90 days at a maintained temperature of 18 degrees. A natural malolactic fermentation process also occurs during maceration. All production is maintained in accordance with organic principles.

It is not only the method of vinification carried out and the color that is something unique about this wine. Behind the whole process is also a unique character, full of notes of ripe peach, tea or cashew nuts. A fuller and more expressive structure than is usually the case with white wines, leaving a long finish and an intense taste sensation.

Aransat will go well with dishes with rich structure and complex flavors. Mushroom risotto or Asian-inspired cuisine - such as tikka masala - will prove an ideal companion here. It is also a very interesting choice for those who like to explore new and unusual flavors.
