Description Bisol Desiderio Jeio Colmei Prosecco di Valdobbiadene D.O.C.

Colmei in Venetian means small hills forming a hill. The Bisol family owns such a hill north of the province of Treviso, near the foot of the Alps. There they grow the grapes used for this fine prosecco. "Colmei" is balanced, fruity, nicely rounded. Vibrant, with well-balanced acidity.
