Wine Beaujolais Nouveau A.O.C.

A young wine with high acidity produced from the first harvest of this vintage. Malolactic fermentation gives it its characteristic qualities: lightness, noticeable presence of red fruits especially cherry and currant. The color of the wine is intense with red highlights. The wine is associated with more than 30 years of tradition of lavish parties accompanying the opening of the first bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau and evaluating the harvest of the current vintage.
