Bramito del Cervo is an Italian regional white wine from Umbria, which is made from the international Chardonnay variety. Fermentation is carried out in oak barrel, which gives it more complexity and makes it more intense and aromatic. On the palate, it is layered and not obvious with strong fruitiness and a fantastically long finish. Well balanced and absolutely delightful.
