Alma Azul is a crisp, everyday Spanish drink that impresses with its unique color that comes from a natural dye found in grape skins. The label states that it is a white wine-based flavored drink, but the product is 100% natural. Also adding to the uniqueness is the fact that Alma Azul is produced in a vineyard located in the desert near the Mediterranean Sea. The color is also meant to be a nod to Mediterranean culture. This drink from Andalusia is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. It contains about 11% alcohol and is quite easy, pleasant to drink. In the mouth, the aroma of raspberries and pitai (dragon fruit) is particularly noticeable. We recommend drinking it solo or with light seafood and vegetable-based snacks.
