Whisky J.A. Baczewski is a classic whisky from the blended category, created by a process of blending different types of whisky from barley malt and grains of other grains shrouded in mystery to this day. Baczewski wh isky, which has been produced since the beginning of the 20th century under the name Special Polish Whisky, to this day but under a different name, shows a modern rendering not only of the recipe, but also of the old packaging from years ago.

What does Blended Whisky J.A. Baczewski?

Baczewski Whisky owes its deep amber color to aging in oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years. In the glass, on the other hand, we can smell mainly vanilla and a sweet scent of caramel, which perfectly covers the alcohol content of 43%. A delicate aroma of honey, black tea and cereal harmonizes with the whole. The taste, on the other hand, is quite dry, peppery, spicy and sweet at the same time. The acidity that appears in the mouth brings to mind citrus, tangerine and ginger. The finish of Baczewski Whisky is warming, and a spicy aftertaste remains on the tongue.

How to drink Baczewski Whisky?

For fans of drinks, Baczewski Wh isky works well with a variety of drinks, juices, and can be successfully used as the main ingredient in popular cocktails, such as "Sznyt" - a variation on the theme of a breakfast drink with the addition of jam or preserve. Simply mix together:

50 ml of J.A. Baczewski Whisky

3 drops of Angustura Aromatic Bitters

3 drops of Angustura Orange Bitters

2 teaspoons of fig confit

Mix all ingredients with optional added ice using a shaker (it is also a good idea to pour the contents through a fine mesh sieve). Pour the whole into a glass decorated with a fresh slice of fig or orange.
