Wine Albert El Alba Chardonnay DO Navarra

An elegant and complex white wine from Navarre, a wine region of Spain. Made from the Chardonnay varietal, it is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels on its own yeast using the battonage method.

Expressive and complex aroma hides accents of ripe apricots, pineapple and lime. Delicate floral notes also play second fiddle in the background. Subtle vanilla betrays the time spent in the barrel, embellishing the bouquet with a touch of sweetness. The full-bodied structure and refreshing taste exude perfectly balanced acidity. Also impressive is the right balance between freshness full of fruit and accents coming from the oak barrel.

Albert El Alba Chardonnay is an ideal companion to dishes based on fish and seafood, both baked and grilled. It is also an excellent wine for pairing with white meat and vegetables.
