Whisky Tomatin Amontillado Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt 12YO Whisky

A 12-year-old distillate produced in Scotland's Highland region. It is matured in traditional casks for nine years, before being transferred to Sherry Amontillado casks for the final three for finishing. From these it arrives in bottles emanating a light yet essence color and a strength of 46% alcohol. The nose reveals aromas of chocolate with orange peel and a touch of vanilla. On the tongue, meanwhile, dried fruits, espresso, pears and cocoa with a hint of honey. The whole is closed by a long finish, slightly peppery with hints of orange oil and roasted oak.
